Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week for May. The focus is raising awareness of the impact of loneliness on our mental wellbeing and the practical steps we can take to address it. With the children we are discussing kind hands and kind words and how this can impact on loneliness and our emotions if we feel we don’t have friends to play with, or who are kind. The colour to promote this is Green and you will may see the staff sporting this colour throughout the week, to associate with calm and caring.

The staff are here to support the children and you in anything you wish to discuss, so please speak out if you are able. Or there are two links below, which you can click on for more information or support should you need it, as well as the Nursery website link.
