Wear something Green - Child Mental Health Day
Wear any item of clothing on Thursday 18th May which has the colour green on it to raise awareness.
Children are invited where possible to take part in the Walk to/back from school week this week to promote Healthy lifestyles and Well being.
We will be:
Doing our Deep Belly Breathing and Yoga in the garden.
Completing an Obstacle course.
Reading stories and using the quiet calm spaces.
All children will receive a certificate for participation!
