  To keep Tax-Free Childcare & early years childcare funding for working parents, you must reconfirm your details are correct every 3 months.
  
  HMRC will send you a reminder email or letter when you are due to reconfirm. Sign in to your childcare account and follow the instructions.

  Alethea Simpson Photography will be in next Wednesday to take individual photos of children whilst in nursery. You will have an opportunity to buy these if you wish - as presents or a keepsake. Purchase is optional.
  
  Children can wear special clothes if you prefer and bring others to change into.
  
  If your child doesn’t normally attend on a Wednesday morning you can bring them at 9.15am for their photos so that you don't miss out.
  
  If you don’t want your child to take part, please tell a member of staff.

• Snack money

  **Snack Money**
  
  Snack money is £2 a week or you can pay for the half-term (£16)or term (£30) in full.
  
  The contributions we receive go directly towards our weekly shop. This allows us to provide the children with a variety of healthy snacks, including fruit, yoghurts, breakfast cereals, bread, crackers and more during snack times.
  
  Snack money also helps us to purchase additional items that enrich the children’s experiences, such as ingredients for baking activities or resources for gardening. These opportunities support the children’s learning,play and development in fun, practical ways.
