• Little Athletes

  Wednesdays we have Little Athletes in school, to work on our balance coordination and all round physical development.
  
  It is really important during these sessions that we have good strong and supportive, well fitted footwear.
  
  Can we try and remember trainers or pumps for Wednesdays please everyone! It will really help us move easier 👍😁

   

  

• Caterpillars

  Growth change and life cycles are always a popular theme which occurs naturally in the spring term for our children to explore.
  
  Our very own hungry caterpillars have arrived in both oaks and acorns rooms for us to observe this happen in real time 🐛 🦋
  We will keep you updated! 🤞🏼☺️

  

• Hatching chicks

  We received a very special delivery from living eggs this week. Our children were lucky enough to observe baby chicks hatching from their eggs, pecking their way through the shells, while they experience the first few moments of life in the real world as new hatchlings in an incubator.
  
  We have observed and cared for them as they became stronger baby chicks before they return to their more natural environment on the farm.
  
  This as you can imagine is quite a unique experience and one we are very fortunate to be able to have used some of our school fund towards. So thank you!
